Beth Hayden, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C received her bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from Purdue University Calumet in Hammond, Indiana. She completed the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Beth has worked at IU Health LaPorte Physicians Group, Community Hospital in Munster, St. Catherine's Hospital in East Chicago and WeCare TLC in Plymouth. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International, the Honor Society of Nursing.
