Paul Shelley, LCSW, MSW received his bachelor of science degree in sociology from Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Michigan, and his master's degree in social work from the University of Michigan School of Social Work in Ann Arbor. He specializes in treating teens and adults with primary mood disorders, anxiety disorders, executive functioning disorders, PTSD, chronic pain, HIV, survivors of sexual abuse and sleep-related problems including insomnia and CPAP desensitization. Paul conducts group, individual and family therapy sessions using cognitive behavioral techniques, brief therapy techniques, mindfulness education and practice, healthy coping/distraction skills, dialectical behavioral informed therapies and solution-focused interventions.
