As we travel virtually along Route 66, some of our residents are sharing memories from real road trips they have taken along this route. Resident Eileen and her family packed up an RV and road tripped to Missouri. Along the way they visited the Meramec Caverns, a stunning cave system and one of the largest west of the Mississippi!
Today we celebrated our sweet Pauline on her 97th birthday! Happy happy birthday!

We enjoyed our most recent stop along #EnlivantRoute66 in Kansas! We stopped by a local diner, enjoyed root beer floats, and took a walk on the wild side at the tattoo parlor!
We "stopped" at Chapter's Bookstore in Miami, OK along our #EnlivantRoute66 road trip and enjoyed coffee and donuts while we learned more about this state.
We capped off an amazing National Assisted Living Week with some perfectly festive apple cider floats for staff and residents! #NALW

Today we celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. He was a vital leader of the American civil rights movement and a catalyst for change, racial equality, and justice for all.
Dr. King's leadership brought about meaningful progress and his enduring message is a reminder of the importance of servitude. Dr. King once proclaimed to a crowd in Alabama, “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others?" His call-to-action is more relevant now than it has ever been for our Enlivant community. We have a shared responsibility to help end the pandemic and create a sense of inclusion and belonging for all residents and employees. As an act of service, we call on you to help us protect our communities and each other, and do your part in getting the COVID-19 vaccine when it is available to you.
