Here at Brookdale Lake Highlands, we are gearing up for the holiday weekend. We had a painting time with great results in our Celebrate Freedom theme. Learning new techniques and showing our originality. Happy July 4th, Boom, Baboom, God Bless America, and the USA.
What happens when afternoon bingo isn’t enough and you still want to play cards.... we set you up with a sweet treat and some solitaire. Mario had a great time! Keeping cool inside on a hot afternoon. Love what I do, and love the residents. ❤️
Things are looking pretty here at Brookdale Lake Highlands with some new flowers and a surprise resident that we have all adopted. Resident gardeners Ruby and Deborah worked their magic on the potted flowers today. The wild sunflower that we have named “Brooke” has been monitored and watered for weeks....and look at her now!
