Life keeps throwing me challenges, knocking me down and completely changing my plan. Sure some days are more challenging than others but I accept those days and give myself the rest and relaxation my body needs. Having a positive mindset doesn’t mean I’m always happy. It means reframing those challenges. Maybe all of these things I am experiencing are not changing my plan but making it better. Maybe it’s teaching me to become the strongest version of myself.
