We’re donating our remaining food to our team members since this location is not appropriate for a community kitchen. We source the freshest Hokkaido sea urchins off of Rishiri Island in Japan for our uni. These urchins feast on Rishiri kelp, a delicacy on its own, which adds to their elegant sweetness. Pictured here is the Uni y Lardo, we combine the Hokkaido uni with a crisp and delicate uni cracker topped with roasted onion, and ibérico lardo.
The Crema Catalan Egg is a chef-curated illusion that is our elevated take on a Catalonian flan. In this illusion, guests are served what appears to be a perfect, fried egg but on first bite discover something else entirely. Our version is dusted with citrus and cinnamon served with a bitter caramel sauce alongside freeze-dried mandarin oranges and zest. April reservations are now open, available at #linkinbio
