Eze Fit Atlanta Bootcamp focuses on split routine training, focusing on the anabolic effect of sculpting lean, sexy, muscles and burning unwanted fat. Each day focuses on a different muscle group, which is worked at least 2x/week to allow for adequate rest and recovery. This is a high energy, fun fitness environment that includes a 60 minute workout, cardio boxing, resistance training, flexibility, and functional movements to build strength and burn fat.
