During the COVID-19 pandemic we are offering Virtual Visits through FaceTime for established patients for issues where a physical exam is not a necessity. Not all visits can be done virtually, but for those that are, your insurance will be filed as normal. Please contact our office at (870) 932-2499 to set up an appointment.
ATTENTION
Respiratory viruses such as influenza and covid-19 (novel coronavirus) are most commonly spread by droplets from people coughing and sneezing, generally within 6 feet. Respiratory viruses can also spread through direct contact, like touching hands or contaminated surfaces and then touching your nose or mouth without performing hand hygiene.
Symptoms of respiratory viruses, such as influenza and covid-19 (novel coronavirus) include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. If you have these symptoms, please call the clinic first at 870-932-2499 to discuss the symptoms and instructions on how to proceed.
Follow respiratory etiquette, which means if you’re coughing and sneezing use a tissue to cover your nose and mouth. If you don't have tissue readily available, please cough/sneeze into your elbow. Wash your hands often. These measures dramatically decrease the spray of these infectious droplets and reduce other people’s risk.
Perform hand hygiene frequently. After the restroom, before you touch your face, and regularly when you are out in public.
If you are sick and you must go into a healthcare facility, ask to get a mask. Staff will provide further instructions.
Thank you for helping us protect our community.
