Did you know strength training can help you lose body fat?
Did you also know we should be performing our movements between 10-15 rep ranges? This doesn’t mean drop the weight immensely. Studies found we can handle more volume, and this increase in volume showed a higher carryover to body fat loss.
So next time you’re in the gym, pick up those weights, and try a few more reps! If your goal is to drop body fat, train for 12 to 15 reps. See how this affects your results!

If you gave the same energy into consistency instead of trying all these different diets or cardio plans, you would be in a much different position than you are right now. Too many people get wrapped up in all these “magical” diets that actually interrupt the process. Trust the process, stay consistent, and watch the results come.
The best tip I can give you is to stay consistent. Don’t switch things up every week. Let your body get a handle on it, embrace it, and show you what it can do!
