Dr. Marina Glatman received her undergraduate degree from Amherst College where she pursued a double major in Biology and French language. Before starting medical school, Dr. Glatman was involved in research on Alzheimer’s disease at Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York. She obtained her medical degree from State University of New York Downstate College of Medicine and completed Ophthalmology residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical Center. She was involved in ophthalmology research and has presented nationally.
Dr. Glatman is a board-certified eye physician and surgeon, who also provides comprehensive eye care. She has a special interest in the diagnosis and treatment of retinal and macular disease, as well as oculoplastic surgery (surgery of the eyelids and structures surrounding the eye to enhance vision, improve discomfort, and improve appearance).
