Dr. Mike Rusnak is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon who sees patients at our Fort Collins and Loveland, CO, offices.
Dr. Rusnak is one of OCR’s trauma and fracture specialists, along with Robert Baer, MD.
Dr. Rusnak joined the Orthopaedic & Spine Center in 2008, after completing advanced training in trauma surgery and fracture care in a fellowship program at the University of Alabama, Birmingham. (Fellowship programs provide physicians with an additional, or sixth, year of orthopaedic surgery training following the completion of their residency program.)
Dr. Rusnak completed his residency training at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, where he also obtained his medical degree.
Dr. Rusnak takes care of patients from OCR’s service area of northern Colorado, Wyoming, and western Nebraska.
He holds board certification from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his family, or heading out for a ride on his bicycle.
