Small Group Training classes are now included in your membership! To ensure diversity in your workout, we’ve created the B-Fit Studio with an array of brand-new equipment, including TRX stations, Valslides, Sandbells, Balls, Kettle Bells and more. Using this equipment, Certified Personal Trainers are creatively leading Small Group Training (SGT) sessions in the studio.
